Glenview Mansion in Maryland is nestled in the beautiful 153 acre Rockville Civic Center Park is a stunning pillared neoclassical 19th century home. The house is designed to host a number of activities and is perfect for weddings and receptions. In 1836 three tracts of land were purchased and a manor home, which now serves as the core of Glenview Mansion. Over the years there were many changes to the main house and the surrounding property as it shifted from a private residence into a public owned property and gardens.

The gardens were originally planted in 1927 in what was then a very popular eighteenth-century colonial style and found most of its inspiration in Italian renaissance gardens. The garden space is arranges into geometric shapes to create the illusion of outdoor rooms which cascade down the landscape drawing visitors to the rear of Glenview Mansion.

Each of these garden rooms provides a uniquely beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos, offering different angles and light and secluded alcoves that will surround you in lush greenery and let you shine through as the gem of the photograph. The Rockville Civic Center Park also offers a number of marked and unmarked trails through the forest and by the creek with ever changing natural beauty that begs to be photographed.
